Automatic Charging Station for AGV with Retractable Plug Automatic Stretching Automatic Charger

The Smart Charging Station for AGV is an smart charging device for lithium iron phosphate battery sets. It has PLC as a main controller,a 7-inches color touch screen as HMI, and it’s light-weighted, small-size, high-performance and stable-voltage/current. This device is very reliable and easy to operate, with full protection/automation, and auto retractable plug.

With high frequency switching power supply and WIFI module, this smart charging station can work by remote control. It has auto/manual charging functions. When it runs auto mode, the retractable module stretches out the connector and touching battery-size connector, stretching stops when it detects voltage, and charger starts charging. When it runs manual mode,operator connects charger output and battery input connectors to start.

The two charging modes are exclusive to each other. When it runs auto mode, there’s no output on manual side. When it runs manual mode, there’s no output on auto side and retractable module doesn’t work.
